Actually this happens sometimes whenever you get in an area with more delivery options than rides, Uber will then prioritize your options. You either have to leave that zone via the freeway. Or to avoid that, next time before you even get into such an area, remove delivery and stay on rides only. Hope this helps.Boost does not apply to Eats deliveries, only UberX, XL, etc trips.
