To someone that has only minimal experience in statistics, it does not seem like these statistical measures are set up correctly. It seems like Barbri is "downgrading" percentile rankings (if that makes sense). If the top 36% of scorers in a certain area receive a 4/4 score, all 36% of those scorers should share the 100th 99th percentile. There is definitely a % of people who don’t do the simulated mbe within the proper time parameters, or look at outside for for help during. This is really good.
