Sep 16, 2015 · Unfortunately they are not. The 4s takes a micro-sim, the 6 has a nano-sim. To the OP, if you can get a nano to micro sim adapter, you can use it. Otherwise to use your old 4s, you will need a new sim which means you will need another new sim when your replacement phone arrives. An ATT corporate store will provide the sims for free.
