Jonestown, PA. Aug 3, 2017. #1. When I did the last 2 hydraulic oil changes on my 91 B7100hst I used Super UDT2 oil. After both oil changes I've had problems with leaks that did not exist before the changes. Both leaks are associate with "O" rings. First was a leak at hydraulic cylinder cap. Got that leak stopped with new O rings after 2 attempts.

Oct 1, 2020. #2. Since your tractor has a hydrostatic transmission, Kubota SUDT2 from the dealer is your only safe choice, along with Kubota filters. Should be in your owners manual. Not the place to skimp. I have never seen Kubota UDT or SUDT at TSC... only "compatible" or "SFU" (suitable for use). It's not the same.

About $20 a gallon at the dealer. You may be able to go back to UDT if cost is an issue as it's backwards compatible.. as least for some machines. Mar 23, 2020 · I certainly agree with that first sentence but lets not be loose with our terms. Shell Donax TD is definitly an alternative to Kubota UDT. In fact it is explicitly listed as such in my B7200 workshop and owners manuals. It is NOT however an alternative to Kubota Super UDT2 and Shell does not claim it is.
