Picked up a old Cetme C308 Sporter with the rail next to nothing. Took apart the rifle and barrel appears unfired. Unfortunately, it's extremely hard to cock. Just bringing the cocking handle to 90 degrees of the barrel is tough, almost impossible. Though looking for someone to put one of these together is a little bit of a challenge.
