Fallout 76 shotgun build 2023

Shotguns over time have been getting nerfed into the ground ..don’t get me wrong I just watched a video of a dude destroying Earl in 5 mins with a shotgun but required a lot maintenance..I use the build so I do like it but in comparison to my rifle build and heavy doesn’t come close ..My main weapon is a gauss shotgun which just got nerfed ....

In all honesty, you're overthinking it. You could play a good chunk of the low levels with very few perks or a really inefficient build. You're far better off asking what are generally good perk cards and generally bad perk cards and make your picks accordingly. Most-Attention-5077.
