After interview in last year November my case was transferred to Texas service center in July 15. 2020, then few weeks ago they transferred my case again to NBC. My case was initially filed in nbc. My question is can NBC take direct decision. Did anyone get their approval after transferring their cases. Please help me. ep2789. • 1 mo. ago. If you filed concurrently (ie I-140 and I-485 together) your case is sent to Texas or Nebraska Service Centers for adjudication of the I-140. After the I-140 is approved case goes back to NBC for routing. Eventually it will end up at your local FO or somewhere else if they decide to load balance.

If it transferred to NBC that is good news. NBC does not usually adjudicate 485 so they will forward case to FO for final decision to waive interview.
