So I’m currently working on being thane of all holds and collecting all hold weapons, and for Riften, I have to speak to Wujeeta to begin the process. I looked for her for half an hour and could not find her, even in the place she’s supposed to sleep in. Then, I used console commands to ...You're screwed. To become Thane you have to buy the house, then talk to the Jarl and she'll make you thane. But if you enter the house BEFORE talking to the Jarl the dialogue disappears and you can never become Thane of Riften. Obviously it's a glitch. So all you can do is load an earlier save from before you entered the house for the first time.
