I had one that had encoding of "UTF-8", but all the others were "UTF-8-BOM". You can change the encoding on the file using Notepad++. 2.

In the path, add the path of your GAMES folder in your install folder ->Data->Emulators->Cemu ( there should be 2 folders, BIN and GAMEs. You want the latter ). If I open my task manager, Cemu shows up as a window. Cemu has no issues launching games on it's own, but when trying to get it to work through LB/BB, I get the black screen bug.
