Kourend is BiS Blessing, Konar tele, Blood RC buff, and removes need of boots of stone from dungeon. Lumby gives staff-less Fairy Rings, daily alchs and run restore, and extra Slayer block. Alternatively, you can still maintain a boost by logging out, but it needs to be done every 12 seconds or less. Another alternative is to suicide in inventory of essence while at the altar.
