I have a Troy-Bilt TB110 push mower with Briggs and Stratton 550ex engine I bought brand new just under a year ago. I used it last year, and stored it all winter without draining the gas (dumb, I know). Well, this year I tried to start it and it wouldn't do anything when I pulled the cord.
