GWM is a feat that gives you -5 to hit, but gives you +10 flat damage if you manage to hit. It can be turned on or off at will. So, for those columns, the base damage is 10 plus the original value, and the bonus to hit is the original value -5. I got these numbers by multiplying the flat average damage by the chance to hit.
