Pc turns on but no display.
Follow the steps below to run power troubleshooter. Press Windows Key + W and type troubleshooting in the search box. Click on the Troubleshooting from the search results so obtained. Click on View all on the left pane on the next Window. Pick Power from the list so available, this would launch Power Troubleshooter.
Make sure all the PSU cable ends are plugged into the GPU properly and in the correct power rail of the PSU. From my previous post, I suggest that you try what is quoted above. It sounds like you were able to get the old GPU running in the system again, so try DDU before installing the new GPU.
