I have two Trailblazers, 2021 & 2022. The 2021 showed reduced power several times, first time in July of 2021 while on a road trip to west. It seems to come on several times when going uphills at fast highway speeds. I suspect the internal door that regulates outside air is what's causing the whistling. Next time you hear that noise try pushing the recirculation button and see how it changes the noise. Steve.
