Ford f150 stereo not working.

The day before I brought my truck to get the radio looked at I also had a check engine light come on. At 50,000 my catalytic converter shit the bed. Seems a little odd. Luckily that is under warranty. Any more problems like this and I may not consider a Ford for my next vehicle… Couldn't even play music off my iPhone! It's usually the display interface module that fails. There are resistors on there that fail and will cause the screen to begin flashing or only certain parts will like the clock.
