Unfortunately, as with many IJ models, specific serial number records no longer exist. You do in fact have a 2nd model Target Sealed 8 and I can tell you that the 2nd model was produced from 1947 to 1954. Based upon some known serial numbers, I would venture an educated guess that your gun was made in the 1947 to 1950 timeframe.
