I once saw DAT answer to the chatbox in some project that they're okay with accounts using vpn, is this still allowed? Did they mention explicitly that it's forbidden? If so, why don't they ban vpn accounts because they can easily detect vpn IPs! Pretty sure they frown upon and ban VPN account users.
