05-28-2020 05:30 PM. My FIOS voice remotes on my main box and my secondary box are constantly asking to be repaired with set top box and to be programmed to each tv. The boxes will randomly turn off and need to be reset just to watch television. This is becoming very frustrating, any help would be appreciated. I have the same question.1.) Certain buttons, most notably the Menu button, on my Fios TV remote cause my TV to switch to HDMI 2 (that's a Roku device; Fios is HDMI 1). So, every time I press the Menu button, I have to then get my TV's remote and switch back to HDMI 1.
