If no audio devices are enabled, your frame rate may be capped at 30 fps. I don't know why but this is a feature in some games. Think the most easy fix would be to disable your second or 3rd monitor since some games dosent like this so much and if Alt-Tab'ing then you cause unstable clients to the program/game/etc.I just bought bloons td 6 now its stuck on "step 1 of 9 waiting for internet connection".
