U should stop tapping tet bs after 200 and save it for pen accessories (the more expensive ones like tungrads/ogre/bde) or if you enhance for a living, u can push the stack by tapping normal pen boss gear attemps to around 240-250fs for pen bs, thats what people usually did when there was no guaranteed pen.Both helmets you can get with the guaranteed PEN are not for evasion build (at least not until full c20s but that's not something you should worry about in the near future).
