The Mobil filter isn't worth 10 bucks or more, as others have said Fram ultra is the better buy for 8-9 bucks. I cut open 13 oil filters to compare who is the best. I grabbed a couple of the clones of these filters (NAPA Platinum) for the BMW when NAPA had the $4.99 sale in April. But under normal circumstances the NAPA Gold (or the basic Wix) is not only cheaper but filters better, so it's normally the better choice.
The OEM AC Delco would be a fine choice too, although the efficiency is a tad lower. If you want to change your oil filter every other change about every 15,000 miles or so, try the Fram Ultra with its 99%+ efficiency and dual layer wire backed synthetic media, it has some of the best stats a filter can earn. O.Seriously though, Wix/Napa Gold, Fram Ultra & Tough Guard, and the OE filter all are great options. With your Hyundai, changing the oil at the manufacturer recommended interval with an oil that meets the required specs is going to be more important than the oil filter you use. They are best for an oil change interval of up to 5,000 miles; but I have run one to about 8000 miles with no issues. An Extra Guard will do OK for a short oil change interval. The Tough Guard is much better. The Ultra is awfully good.

Neither of them are sticky enough and will quickly drip out of the foam, leaving your filter dry and not filtering as well.
