You can actually learn ANY Fortify Attribute spell and it will give you access to all of them. However the only ones that are specifically Intelligence is the 'Wisdom' spell near the bottom of that list. .

It's more OP than that, really. Cast one for 100 points of Restoration, then another for 100 and 100 and 100...you can repeat the effect 8 times in one spell. Then with Restoration that high, you can fortify anything to high numbers. Still doesn't compare to the alchemy thing for sheer OP silliness.
