There is power at the fuse (right side of engine bay), but not at the bulb sockets. Any guesses, before I go rooting around the engine compartment?

So today they actually replaced the DVD player, that didn’t fix the problem either, so now they are having to replace the actual screen. At that point nothing I do will get it back on, including turning off the car and restarting it. After a while it will come back on at a restart.
