I personally have used it to get cryptokeys and I've never been banned, and I kept my cryptokeys after uninstalling mtx. bo3 is already modded alot to say for a cod game. and plus multiplayer is dead so the only thing to mod is zombies which already has modes in workshop which means the game probably does detect your mod but doesn't have any ...If I'm thinking correctly, it shouldn't as long as there's one mod folder and inside that folder, there are all the mods in a sub-folder. IE: (BO3 file directory)>mods>mods sub-folder> individual mod folders. I'd say give it a shot, but make a back up just in case.
