I have recently upgraded my tires to high-speed high-performance tires. I will also be upgrading my brakes to be able to manage stopping distance.

I'd say the 5.7 top speed is around 160, maybe a little more if you removed the speed limiter. I doubt it could go 165 completely stock. You might want to put on better tires.
