Then our other iPhone 11 stopped ringing for calls. A friend (model unknown) iPhone stopped ringing for calls yesterday. So, clearly, it is not the setting on the phone. My wife and I have had our phones for a couple of years. So we know the settings. Apple blames Verizon and the Verizon tech I spoke with on the phone blames apple.It sounds like the port didn't complete fully.
