So I had to move my download of Fallout New Vegas to a bigger hard drive. In doing so, I went through the process of uninstalling every Mod for the game that I had on the NMM. That cause in document folder there call of duty folder right click on it go to properties that is read only unchecked the box but leave that open then scan the files.
