I am in need of some help making a decision. I just traded for a new CZ 457 Varmint 22 LR. I have narrowed my choices down to either the KRG Bravo or the MDT XRS. The only chassis I have ever owned was an Oryx. I know that I don't want to go that route again. As far as ergonomics go, they appear to be pretty close.

I had one in a MDT xrs. The weight distribution was very strange with a heavy stock and a carbon barrel. I never played with weighting it to balance. They have a slot on the MDT that works with the bottom bolt release. It's better than nothing, but not great for releasing the bolt.

I went from a KRG X-Ray to an MPA and just couldn't deal with the pistol grip either. From there I went to Manners stocks for years but finally made my way back to KRG and now my two main guns have X-Ray and Bravo chassis on them.
