You can get gems with 5 health points regen every 2 secs. You can chuck that onto your gun so you wont lose any damage potential on your chikage. This wont fully offset the health drain though, but it reduces it a lot. Not completely, but slow down the drain.Bloodtinge Chikage build is definitely the best in terms of DPS.
