Actually just had this issue! Came across an old thread on here that had this link: litter robot dfi sensor . I followed the steps and haven’t had issues since. Granted it’s only been like a week but that was after two weeks of non stop drawer full. It ended up I think being the bag, crinkling up just enough to set off the sensor.1.
