Also heard some traffic in the Norwich area on TG 15901 and 23701 23701 IS Stonington PD. As far as the new system, I receive every troop and car better than ever. I am near CSP HQ in Middletown. That is very interesting. New Haven has good CLMRN reception. I have never experienced any signal related issues with my SDS100 anywhere in the city. Maybe they are planning something in the future. I know that this past weekend, at a Hamfest, I ran into a guy who works for Utility Communications which does a lot of their work.Whether or not Litchfield County has any plans for a CLMRN transition or not, it will be a long time if it happens. There is not a lot of grant money for radios so either the towns would have to pay or the State will have to pay.
