The Turing Scheme is the UK government's global programme to study and work abroad. Applications for the 2023-24 academic year are now live. Please check the relevant activity deadline on the 23-24 page before applying. But again, thats if you transfer into the program, not just take classes. As for jobs, I know a lot of non-turings with great jobs and turing graduates with ok jobs, and vis-à-versa.
