Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) is an evidence-based, tiered framework for supporting students ’ behavioral, academic, social, emotional, and mental health. When implemented with fidelity, PBIS improves social emotional competence, academic success, and school climate. It also improves teacher health and wellbeing.
