It worked and we haven't had one issue since. go to settings up at the top of your homepage, scroll to my Fire TV, click on it and then scroll down to reset to factory defaults after you click on this, go back and reinstall Hulu.Many times, simply removing and re-adding the Hulu channel on the device will resolve issues with Hulu freezing. Hulu rebooting to home screen. Has anyone had an issue with Hulu rebooting during viewing? We watch football on Fox and week after week it reboots. Sometimes the channel lasts 10 mins, sometimes 30. I called Hulu last week and they reset it but it still does it. When I called back they said they were having issues with others as well. It only seems to be for Hulu live and only some channels. Usually I watch ID on Hulu live and keep it on all night while I sleep. When it goes to the next show, which is at the top of the hour, it just goes back to the home screen and I have to go back into Hulu live and select ID to watch the next show.
