For P99, at least, the SK and PAL epics are pretty huge. On TLP's, eventually you get 2h Bash, but that doesn't come into play on P99. Bard+Druid can still go with the snare & nuke, but also has root-rotting (bard chants are about 2/3 of what druid dots put out), as well as very effective animal charming, adding mana, snare/slow, and even fear to the combo, plus a short mez for recharm.
