You should find a knurled ring at the base of the choke knob (the holder I guess is the word) which may be covered by a rubber cover. Lift the rubber up and tighten the ring a bit,this is the choke tensioner. Elevater.It was acting like it was having a bad fuel problem. Bike is stock except for Vance Hines exhaust. When bike is cold the clutch works fine. After about 15 minutes when the bike heats up the clutch starts to slip on acceleration. The hotter it gets the worse it slips. Then the clutch stops working completely.The 800 will keep up with any group travelling up to 100 mph. it does rev high, its made that way, its japanese. max revs is over 8000. with grampsize and exhaust mods, you should be pulling over 50 horses, nearer to 60. Plug the EPA Gold valve or bypass hose back onto the nipples in the valve covers. Route the coolant overflow tube back up to the thermostat housing and connect.
