Replaced spark plug which resolved (I assume only temporarily) the misfire.Took out the coil pack and spark plug from cylinder 6 and both were covered in oil. So, valve cover gaskets. Cleaned the oil out by turning the engine over with coil pack and spark plug removed then went back in with a shop towel and flat head to remove leftover oil.
