TECHNICAL MANUAL Updated 11/02/2021 TABLE OF CONTENTS INTRODUCTION This manual outlines the technical procedures for competition for the 2022 NCAA Division I Men’s and Women’s Indoor Track and Field Championships and provides case studies of situations that may arise during the course of the Championships.
