The way it's setup in your spreadsheet seems to be that once it reaches 30 stacks, each subsequent hit will proc the full spore damage. For example, the porcupine setup had 15 RPS x 3344 spore damage = 50,160 spore dps. I thought it should actually be 15 RPS x 22 projectiles = 330 spore stacks which conveniently divides by 30 = 11 spore procs x ...However, I never claimed to have discovered elemental fusions but an extremely consistent r8 build.
