Kansas University Center on Developmental Disabilities Our mission is to enhance the quality of life, self-determination, and inclusion of Kansans with developmental disabilities and their families through research, training, technical assistance, and community service activities.Older Kansans Employment Program (OKEP) OKEP is funded by the Kansas Legislature and is designed to provide employment placement services to Kansans 55 years of age and older with emphasis on employment in the private sector.
