While it's possible to weave Sprint and potions between your weaponskills, they don't function like actions classified as abilities and instead they do not queue when you press the button. Since they don't register like normal Abilities, it's ideal to use a macro to spam Sprint to make it more responsive.Having Swiftcast in the rez macro means it wont queue up, it will be delayed if you dont have swift cast, and its easy to interrupt on accident if you move or something.
