you manually add cemu as a non-steam game to steam, set it to use proton 7. then you can launch cemu without launching any game, head over to. menu -> file -> "install game title, update or DLC". navigate to where you saved the update and select the meta.xml file, cemu will now install the update/DLC for you.In CEMU's general settings , there should be an option that points to the MLC path.
