You see, my manual save file is still my old save file thats completed (you can see the star next to the save file) but all the other auto save files are my new game that i made to activate the glitch. If you want to play your old character again you gotta look at the bottom of the loading menu for the "switch Character" button prompt to switch the character folder. I am not too familiar with zelda, but if the game says it "overwrites" or "deletes" the save files, then your previous saves do not exist, since the game deletes your old saves and replaces them with the new data. The only thing I can think of to help is to find a mod/hack to give you a save before the boss.
