We had used Bullymake for our GSD who is an aggressive chewer. The boxes came with one rope toy, a rubber toy and two very hard (but they said "safe" and even "good" for their teeth) toys. Well, the rubber and rope ALWAYS died in a couple days. It was no longer worth the money for the box so we unsubscribed. Same as the other reviews, I was not able to cancel my subscription, the only way I was able to cancel was by threatening to take legal action. They were then magically able to cancel my subscription, I had to pay a 28$ cancelation fee but that’s better than 6 months of 31$ payments. Still shady business model and horrible customer service.
