6 week ultrasound no heartbeat

Hello! So I went last Wednesday to my first ultrasound. According to all my tracking I would have been 7+3 days. They measured me at 6+3 days. The was a gestational sac, yolk sac and embryo as measuring perfectly fine. The only thing is there was no heartbeat. I go back for another ultrasound on Thursday.....
