My knee jerk reaction to RoB is primal rage, but if you're using it PvE and you're good at rolling, do dual katanas all the way.So is Nagakiba with double slash and arcane scaling better than RoB. Nagakiba with arcane scaling has more buildup and also more range. I'm no katana expert and in fact never used them at all, which is why I'm asking. Depends on what you are fighting. For enemies with fire resistance the Nagakiba is clearly better.
