Checkr doordash

I revisit it every week or so and nothing changes. When i continue my login I see the page that says “Complete Background Check” and alsp says action required. It says an email has been sent to me which never happened. Then when I click the check status button, it takes me to Checkr and I login and everything is cleared. How do I move on..
