The charge bar does not slide easily to the right to drop the shot. It has to be forced. Also the shot does not alway drop completly into the hull. I got out my old non-progressive .410 and 28 gauge MEC loaders from storage. Both have a grommet in the opening for each reservoir. I removed one and placed it in the shot reservoir on my Grabber machine. The bar sticks much less than before and works acceptably.Upgrade the pre-crimp to the "spin-dex" version, this will allow to to achieve any pre-crimp you want. The original one was adjusted using fender washers and only allowed 1/16" adjustments. Once again, if your pre-crimp is black in color this has already been done. Note any "nailhead" or slight bulge at the top of the shell, where crimp begins. You want to at least adjust the finish die down to take off any bulge or nailhead.
