Here's the thing about skull storm, due to the nature of the bears, 9 times outta 10, you will have to deal with at least 1 bear your mantis God can't kill. Ideally something with either a lot of health or touch of death can help deal with this bear, but you may just have to tank it, tipped scales does not affect a boss' phase 2, so you will have 5 hp.
