I’m looking at training here but not sure the best way to get to a class . Dark Horse is the way to go. I looked and didn’t see any in Banff or Canmore when we were there in sept. There was a gym in Calgary I think but that’s an hour-ish drive. Athletic Evolution in Canmore may have some classes you could try.
